Bookings
A booking arrangement can be made between the client and Western Sydney Detailing in person, over the phone or online. Bookings are subject to Western Sydney Detailing’s availability which will be discussed at the time of booking.
Surcharges
Weekend bookings may incur a 10% surcharge unless discussed with Western Sydney Detailing.
Vehicle Accessories
All vehicle accessories such as headlight covers, bonnet guards, vent visor etc must be removed by the client prior to commencement of work. If the client requests removal, Western Sydney Detailing is not responsible for any damage of the accessories or damage occurred to the car via installation or uninstall of accessories. The client must remove any personal items from the interior of the vehicle including the boot. If the client advises/gives consent to Western Sydney Detailing to remove any vehicle accessories, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to these items. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, anything not removed will be placed in a safe area or cleaned around.
Payment
Payment for all services must be paid on completion of work carried out prior to the operator leaving the job. We accept Cash, MasterCard, VISA or Direct Bank Transfer only. Some of these payment methods may incur a surcharge. Payment must be made directly after work has been completed, or if negotiated with Western Sydney Detailing, 3 business days from job completion.
Liability
Western Sydney Detailing is not liable for any oil, grease, brake dust or any form of pollutants washed off the customers vehicle that are left on the property that could or may have stained or damaged the driveway in anyway. All products used by Western Sydney Detailing are biodegradable, pH Neutral and tested to ensure they are safe for the environment. Western Sydney Detailing is not liable for any physical damage done to the customers property such as structural damage, that may have occurred while operating a motor vehicle on the property or accidental damage by the operator while using equipment.
Western Sydney Detailing has sole discretion in determining the liability of any damage that the customer claims to have occurred while work was performed on the vehicle such as scratches, scuffs, dents etc as they may have been there prior to work commencing when the vehicle was dirty and they could not be seen.
Guarantee
The client must inspect all work carried out prior to the operator leaving. If there are any issues that need rectifying after the operator has left will incur a $66.00 Call Out Fee, plus any costing regarding further work.
